It is our objective to maintain complete and accurate records regarding each student and to preserve the confidentiality of these records. Accordingly, this policy sets forth requirements for the retention and release of student's records.

We take every precaution to protect information collected. All course registrants are asked to submit personal and sometimes sensitive information (i.e. credit card number, address).
This information is encrypted and protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. No credit card information may ever be disclosed or sent via mail, fax, email or other method of delivery by our employee’s. All Information collected is restricted within our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept current on security and privacy practices. All participant records are maintained for a minimum of 7 years.

We do not share any personal or sensitive information with outside third parties. Contact information (address, phone number, email) is used to inform past and current course participants about relevant course information and future events. Recipients can opt out or change this service at any time by contacting us.

Our website uses “cookies” which enables us to improve your visit by tracking browsing activity throughout our site. Cookies also allow our website to recognize repeat visitors and certain information (i.e. passwords, shopping cart items). Cookies are in no way linked to personal and sensitive information.
